PRS uses 'specially voiced seymour duncan pickupsquot; for their McCarty Soapbar. Does anyone happen to know which SD pu both the neck and bridge resemble. I just got a PRS Soapbar and love the bridge pu but the neck is little too fat , I would like more mids and a more focused bass.

Anybody use one these things? they look quite cool... how do they sound? i am quite interested in these, but i can't seem to find reviews on HC so any help, clips or reviews would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Is this combo any good? I'm asking because I've seen one in a shop, and it costed about 492 dollars for a completely new one. Which would be pretty cheap if it's a good amp. Anyone who has experience with this amp, feel free to post.

Hi everyone! I've been hanging around here for awhile checking out the posts and just wanted to introduce myself. There are some great, knowledgeable people here and I've had loads of fun reading the experiments of guys like Lew and Curly.
The question I had was identifying Custom Shop pickups. I got a Tele lead pickup in trade from a real nice guy and was wondering how I can trace it or prove its origin. It's just got me excited because I've heard Seymour and MJ wind great Tele pickups (this will be my first Duncan Tele pickup). I'm dying to get this thing together to hear it!
