A while ago I posted a thread asking for help with my delay pedal in my FX loop. What I found out from various people was that the pedal I was using was designed for different signal levels (-10db) than what the FX loop was running ( 4db) and the signal coming from the FX loop send was overdriving the pedal's circuits, causing that mushy fuzzy echo sound.

I'm lookin round for a black/creme zebra duncan custom, custom 5, or custom custom trembucker...I've got quite a few pickups to trade.

A while back during my brief stint as a bass player, I had purchased a Boss Bass EQ. I tried in on my guitar and found it really made it sound really full and articulate. Truly a beautiful sound.

Mine is any Jackson guitar owned and played by Randy Rhoads himself.

Guys I began to research on strings more and found that the rps strings are supposedly better to stay in tune and break less often. I'm looking into getting one of those 12 packs of strings a musicianfriends. If you guys know any other good places to buy strings please recommend them to me. Which set do you guys think I should get? Price doesn't really matter that much because they just cost 5 more bucks.

I love Scott Ian's playing, and this Duncan pickup is meant to be on his new guitar.

hi i have a semi acustic kind of gretsch 6120 looke likee thing nice guitar great to play but the pickups are ****e i play through a fender super 210 valve combo all 50s rockamp;roll/rockabilly stuff real aggressive stuff but the pickups start to break up just as i start to get a sweet meaty sound i need it to sound squeeky clean, punchy, and warm with a thick twangy bottom end any ideas? eddie .

Can anyone recommend a nice sounding 12 string acoustic guitar for under $1,000? I'm a fan or Martins, but the HD28-12string costs like $2200!!! The Martin DM12 costs $949 on MF, but I feel like I'm paying too much for laminate wood. Otherwise, for under $1,000 there's only low budget 12 strings by Fender and Takamine. I like Gibsons and Taylors, but there's no offering under $1,000... Are there any sweet sounding acoustic 12 strings out there made of solid woods and not HPL or cheap woods?

Anyone know if a Gibson nickle cover will fit over a SH-1? I have an old set of covered Gibson 57's (which I don't care for) I'd like to use the cover for a Duncan '59.

I hear this a lot from guys who have been playing for years that the older JBs had something different in its tone and output. Are there any here who have experienced this? Were the older JBs hand wound? Lower output? I have heard some measuring in the 14k range.
