Anyone know a good repairman? Preferably in the Tampa Bay area, (or a reasonable drive away). My Marshall needs some help

It's a '84 JCM 800 4103 (2x12 combo)...I'm not exactly sure what's wrong....The amp turns on, but when I play nothing comes out but static/fuzz-like pops...it gets worse the more I turn up the pre-amp volume... this probelm started a few years back...I never had it looked at though...At the time I noticed one of the preamp tubes glowed differently then the others (if that makes sense)...I tried replacing them but it didn't help...

Wow! I used to own this exact amp,but in the 50 watt version(An 83 model)...More than likely it's in need of new capacitors and you might have taken out a cathode resistor or cap at one of your preamp tube stages, but the problem sounds like it's in the preamp of your amp...I should be able to get you fixed up....PM me for my phone number and e mail address...Leave your amp with me and I'll advise you of what it needs....I did a bunch of very cool mods on my 4104 when I had it and I Miss that amp! Contact me...
I started out by fixing and modding Marshall and Fender amps long before I got into pedal mods....I have several pictures of rebuilds on Fender and some Marshall amps if you'd like to see the work..There's always pedals I can mod,but tube amps don't come around as often, but I enjoy working on the early Marshall amps...I have most of the correct value caps and resistors, preamp and output tubes etc.here at my home to do the repairs, though I would have to order filter caps if needed...
Here was mine...
