Product: MS Excel - 2002, I want to restrict the viewers or users of the quot;a
particular cellquot; of excel worksheet to be read only and write permission

For protecting the sheet:
Select the perticular cell / cells you want to protect. Then go to
quot;Tools --gt; Protection --gt; Protect Sheet...

Thsi will ask you for the password. The give the password which you can
remember. It will protect the sheet from editing.
