When a condition is met I would like to change the cell to RED, YELLOW
or GREEN - simple example

Select your cell(s) to apply the formatting to.
From the Format Menu, select quot;Conditional Formatting...quot;
Select you condition. (In your example, quot;Greater thanquot; and enter 70)
Then select the format to apply. (In your example, green background.)
Click ADDgt;gt;
Select your next condition.
Then select the next format to apply. (YELLOW Background)
Click ADDgt;gt;
Select third condition.
Then select third format to apply. (RED Background)
Click OK
That should do it.
