A friend of mine got a red Valley Arts M-Series Strat and I'd like to find out so infos. It is at least 20 years old (at least the preowner said so...).
It has an original Floyd Rose and had three white SSH EMG's on the pickguard. The Humbucker is an EMG-89 and the cables come directly out of the pickup (no connector like today's EMGs). The EMG logo is copper on the humbucker and gold on the Singlecoils. All pups have two stickers labeled quot;CAWquot; and quot;IJFquot; on the back.
The guitar is completly red and feels really good. I haven't had a chance to play it through an amp yet - I had to resolder the pup's and I'm still waiting for a push pull poti for humbucker splitting...
I can post a pic in a few days if someone is interested.
Googling for information didn't really bring up anything. If anyone has some information on this guitar or has an idea what it's worth, I'd be really pleased...
