I decided to play modified strats as my main guitars and now that i decided that i can't stop buying and building them here is the latest strat and my first with a non-recessed floyd (which kicks ass BTW) and my only rosewood board strat. the pickguard is temporary as i'm waiting on a gloss black one (same 1 hum, 1 knob setup though.) anyway, quot;the guy who invented firequot; asked to see it in another post.

soooo...here it is...
oh and i'm building another one which hopefully will be done next week, just waiting on the neck! i told ya i can't stop

I've had to thin the herd, I'm down to only 3 Strats.
I must have owned 20 Strat's so far If your including partsOcasters.
That's beauty of the Stratocaster... You can kinda grow one.

That's awesome. Have any of you strat lovers ever considered having more loaded pickguards than guitars and simply changing the pickguard (and pups in it) whenever you have a mood swing or are just ready for something new?

is it olympic white or artic white?

I'd love a single hum, floyd equipped strat. I'm thinking that's where the reverse CBS headstock comes into play.

KMC: you are so right, you can NEVER have too many strats. i have 8 strats now (well one i'm waiting on a neck so 7 full ones) and another neck and body ready to go to make 9 once i get the body repainted for that one lol.

Kamanda: it's a 100% legit fender strat (1998) i didn't build this one i just changed the guard and electronics in it.

nice stuff. im not that big on floyds, but i absolutely detest strat bridges (it feels terrible for palm muting) so its nice to see a floyd on there

ps- what did you do to the maiden strat!!! its not..uh...maiden...anymore!

Holy crap...killer Strats...not a single 3 pup single pole in the herd, but that's kool, EVH was the same way. Nice gear, that white and the flame Strats rock!
