so...which one do you think has a darker tone... do you buy your strings by this fact, or is just their quot;lifetimequot; and strength...

also, which model do you use (if you buy them for this dark-sounding reason) for this purpose... i mean, f.e. d'daddario has his xl nickelplated strings thats appears to be light sounding and then they have that chromes flat wounds that seems to be warmer sounding...

dunno really ... i´m just asking if there is such a reason for buying strings... i don´t really have had problems with any at the moment, i have had in my guitars d`daddario, ghs boomers, DRs and Dean Markleys, and never have realized if they sound all the same, and why i they don´t
