pick one. outta these... what ones do u like most. explain.peace.

the first word on the last choice is 'other'... my bad

Oops...I probably should have chose quot;otherquot;, but out of that list I'd say quot;Fulltone Fulldrive IIquot;.

Put simply, the Fulltone has been an integral part of a lot of pro players' setups over the years. I know one phenomenal blues player who has tried every boutique overdrive under the sun and still has the Fulldrive. There's certainly enough controls to tweak the tone and it was one of the first (if not the first) to offer dual overdrive/boost in one housing.

My favorite pedal is the Clay Jones OD, but last I knew, Clay stopped production on them.

i voted other because im getting myself a fulltone OCD this summer. that thing sounds so awesome, i have to have it.

FDII

I love the low end on the vintage setting, and the flat mids of the FM setting, seems to give you the best of both overdrive worlds. The boost has enough gain to do just about any style I play (not a metal player). Also, the compcut mode comes in handy when doing jazzy giggs and you need a clean boost for solo's, all around A pedal.

The only pedal in that list that I have experience with is the Marshall BB pedal. I have a real old one and I use it to push my Marshall a little bit over the edge. It also works real well with the clean channel of the MArshall. I use a TS9 RI in my Fender Super Reverb, and I use a TS9 that was modded by Stratdeluxer97 in my Deluxe Reverb.

Other- The DGTM and/or the Luxury Drive, both from tcjeffects.com

I chose quot;otherquot; because I'm not familiar enough with the first set of choices.

The Fulldrive II is an awesome pedal. I like the Maxon OD-9 and OD-808 as well. Given the choice....I bought a fulltone! I write reviews for guitar gear and have played a bunch of overdrive pedals and the above mentioned are still my favorite overdrives.

Hm. I don't know how the real thing compares, but I have been REALLY digging the

Chandler Tube Driver

effect in my Pod xt Live.

Visual Sound Jekyll amp; Hyde Ultimate Overdrive. 2 pedals in 1. 1 side is like a TS and the other can give all sorts of mayhem! Plus you can have both sides on at the same time.

For dual mode OD's, I'd get the sweet Custom Shop FDII.Menatone Fish Factory

Banzai Fireball III have to admit, I'm curious about the EH English Muff'n. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks like it might be worthwhile.

bump.

anyone play an english muff'n?

Tonebone Hot British.

Why? Because it rips!

Other: G2D classic and Crowther hotcake.

Guitarist magazine had clips of the new vox cooltron range. the big ben od sounded superb.

Mxr Zakk Wylde

I know some of these pedals are expensive, but if you think about it, your OD pedal is a huge part of your tone, so it's the last place to pinch pennies.

People spend a lot on other parts of the signal chain, then buy a $40 OD. There's good cheap pedals out there, especially modded ones, but once you play on high end OD units, you won't ever want to plug into a Boss or DOD again.

i like mine....made by me
