2500 bucks, well it might be for sale......Im quot;feelingquot; it out, make me a offer
The headstock is broke clean off, but I wrap it with some tissue paper and a piece of tape and it works perfect.

You're trying to get $2500 for it?
Just FYI sells them new for $2295, they are $2395 at not trying to make your situation worse, but just understand the position you're in. Might be better to spend the $150 and get it repaired correctly by a competent luthier; its a fairly common repair.
Good luck with it.

Bro, I am not trying to get down on you but, you areally need to think about what you are saying...
I really hope that you are kidding...first of all, if it is broken clean off there is NO WAY that some tissue paper and tape will hold it on with string tension on it. Second, you can pickups new Standards all day for just over 2k, and there are 2 guys here on the forum that just picked up 57 refin reissues for less that 2k, if you got it fixed (by fixed I mean glued back and finished) you'd be doing good to see half of what you are asking now. Third, as it sits not (broken, wrapped in paper and tape) $500 is a good asking price...My dad bought a Les Paul one time that was broken (the headstock was in the pickbox) he paid $375.00...it is a broken guitar.

Does that include shipping for just the guitar, or the headstock too?

OMG, if you agree to tape it together with some electrical tape and use some crazy glue to hold the head in place, I just might consider it. $2500 is a decent deal considering I can get a perfectly good used one for the same price...
What I might do is ask quot;010101010101010101quot;, Mr. Binary Code 90210 if he'll sell his Perfectly Broken JB for $50, and that way I will have what I always wanted....
A perfectly unusable Les Paul Custom with a JB that doesn't stay in place...
Hey, wait a minute... Docrock, I have a drumkit without any skins on them. The Cymbals are made of cardboard but I'd be willing to make a trade if you are interested?
LPC with Broken headstock: Send me pics (Full body f/b, break on stock AND neck, headstock back, case, general pics oft the axe....) to the e-mail in my sig.
If I really like what I see, I may give you 1000 shipped for it.
Take it or leave it
*EDIT* ROFL DocRock, you got a few of us methinks
