I'm converting a C5 to double screws. I have all the parts I need. I popped the slugs out and put in the metal spacer. Inserts are ready to go in. But I'm a bit stumped on one thing.

The tops of the screw holes are approx a 64quot;-32quot; larger than the tops of the slug holes. I figure this is so the screw head can be lowered down into the bobbin.

Anyone know how the tops of the screw holes are enlarged? Because I have to do the same thing to the slug coil. I've been asking around without much luck.

Also, is regular super glue used to glue in the nylon inserts? Thanks for any help!
