WHEN i OPEN A WORKSHEET THAT DOMEONE HAS SENT ME, EXCEL AUTOMATICALLY ADDS
THE REVIEWING TOOLBAR TO MY SCREEN. i DON'T WANT THE REVIEWING TOOLBAR OPEN.
