Does anyone have a shorter/simpler way of transposing more than 150 rows

I have several forms which i use for work, i've scanned them into my computer
and tried to open them with excell, all i get is alot of numbers and symbols,

I have hyperlinks in an excel document but I'd rather have them look like an
icon or picture - rather than text - is that possible?

I have a cell refering to another workbook. example: April.xls
I want to change all cells with that refrence but without changing each one
