I want a small, portable, digital 4-track recorder. My first choice is a Pandora PXR4, but i will seriously consider something similar from another company. Anyone got one of these they are trying to get rid of?

I can see why quot;mr scaryquot; used the DD for all those years
cause the duncan distortion friggin rocks, screams, blazes, crunches like no other,!!!
why in the world did he part from it?
his tone with it was worlds better than the newer demon tones
hats off to a great guitarist no matter what pup he plays!

cant findee
does anyone know of a decent strat shaped dual humbucker hardtail electric made of alder for under 500 dollars?
If you could go with mahogany, check out the SZ520 I have on the trading post.
NO! must be alder.

single coil for 78 fender bronco
I'm just wondering what would i need to get a 2 wire or 4 wire p/u for a 78 bronco guitar? I'm looking into getting a duncan but am unsure which to get. Any reccommendations? I'm into mostly punk. grunge, and a little tiny but of metal (not much though)

Help with pickup identification please.
Hi, I just bought some used pickups this weekend and some I think I know what they are and some I don't. please let me know what you think:
1. a gold cover signed by seth lover and seymour and it has a B on it; I assume it's a seth lover model for the bridge.
2. sh-4 gold cover = a JB model? for the bridge
3. 59NL nickel plated = a model 59 but is it a bridge or neck?
there are three other nickel plated ones one has a sticker that says JB, another says JBG and the last is JBL. I thought they might be jeff beck models but I don't know.

Hughes amp; Kettner Rotosphere and Replex? Anyone own?
On Sunday, I was asked to join a cool band, which has some members from the best band I was in. The weird part is that I'm replacing both a guitarist and a Hammond B-3 player, who was like the Hendrix of Hammond!
The Leslie Organ tone in my Line 6 Modulator ain't gonna cut it!
I've been sitting down trying to figure out how to emulate a grindy Hammond swirl, and have come to the conclusion that I'm going to try my T. Rex Fuzz into a Hamp;K Rotosphere to try and cop a sound that's real close.

It's time: the GRP project begins!
It all started with this thread:
from : localhost//forum/s...ad.php?t=48351
That Les Paul brought back a lot of great memories for me. My grandfather (whose initials were GRP) owned a '62 Chrysler that he kept in his barn. It had a very cool colour that you don't really see on cars these days - a metallic light blue, which I have learned is called quot;Glacier Bluequot;. In addition to the car, Grandpa owned an Anjo LP clone painted in the same colour, as well as a violin. I came to call this quot;Grandpa's colourquot;, because as a child I identified it strongly with him.

Stupid is as stupid does (Gibson purchase
Well, I couldn't help myself. I just bought another Gibson sight-unseen. This time it is a Lucille from Dave's. Since it's at Dave's, a dealer I trust, and not drop-shipped from Gibson, I am confident it will be a good guitar. I just couldn't pass on his sale price of $1595. And I still have my PRS Navarro on order from ccitymusic. Now all I need is a plaintop natural Les Paul custom (70's Norlin style)
Just bought one of these today:Just ordered one of these, due to ship in April/May: and am GASsing for one of these:
Man if thatdoesn't scream Mick Ronson, needs a black back and sides though.

Pickups for My quot;Stratquot;
Hey all.
I just recently refound a Sebring SB-100 which is basically just a strat copy. It has the standard strat pickup arrangement with 3 pickups, bridge one slanted. One of the pickups is broken and I want to just buy 3 new ones to transform it to the sound I want. I was looking at the Little '59 in the bridge with Duckbuckers in the neck and middle spots combination. What do you guys think of the sound you get from this? What could I compare it to?
Thanks
