Any ideas as to why?The 'amp;' character is a special control character when used in
heading and footings. For example, amp;P is used to insert the page
number. To print a literal 'amp;' character, you need to use two
('amp;amp;') to indicate that the amp; character is to be printed, not
used as a control character.--
