As I understand it, 1 RON=10,000 ROL so you need to divide by 10,000
Put 10,000 in a spare cell and copy.
Select currency data to be converted
Edit==gt;Paste Special==gt;Operation-gt;Divide
Delete the 10,000 in the spare cell
