I am using this formula =COUNTIF(D611,quot;K9-3quot;)*1995. I want it to only
return true and multiply by 1995 if E6:E11 also contains quot;Localquot; rather
than quot;Distancequot;. How can I enter the formula so it will check both
arguments?--

Try this:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(D611=quot;K9-3quot;),--(E6:E11=quot;Localquot;))*1995
