Hi,
How do I save excel data as ASCII* text? That option is not there at all
under quot;Save asquot; option.I tried copy pasting the data onto word or notepad and
then tried to save in that format,but that did not work.Until I get the
ASCII*txt format I cant do my statistics on my data.I have my dissertation
due shortly and so would greatly appreciate any suggestions ASAP.

Did you try saving it as a .csv file, or a .txt file, or a .prn file?

Each of those is plain old ASCII text.
