i am coopying dtata from one spreadsheet to another.
all of the data has been transferred successfully except the dates.
for some reason the dates change without any reasonable explantion i.e from
02/15/2002 to 01/19/1995.
it must be some form of formatting issue, but i have been unable to
determine what that is?
all suggestions, much appreciated.I can't see how it would be a formatting issue. In sheet 1, is
02/15/2002 the result of a formula? If so, then if you paste the
formula into a different cell location in sheet 2, then the automatic
change of cell references may be causing the formula to pick up
different inputs, thereby deriving a different result.
