When I activated microsoft office xp 2002, I did not provide my name. Now,
when I create new workbooks within Excel, my name does not show up as the
author of the workbook. Is there a way to fix this?

Tools--gt;Options, User Info... (in Word)

Start Word, click on Tools | Options | User Information, and
enter your name.
