i forgot my workbook protection password

i forgot my protection password and i can't open my workbook anymore.

A number of User groups like this one do not provide the resources to
quot;crackquot; passwords, mainly because it is not known whether the requestor is
the genuine user.
If you do a Google search you will find many software providers willing to
seel the password carckers for about $20
