Hi!
I have a workshhet where people are booking themselves for different
programs. But there is a limit, for example the SUM of D210 don´t
have to be more than 8. How do I stop a user to put in any number when
th SUM has reached 8?

Select D210, then go to Data/Validation, next select quot;customquot; from the
quot;Allowquot; menu and in the formula box type:
=SUM($D$2:$D$10)lt;=8
next click on the quot;Error Alertquot; tab and leave a message for the user.
