Hello,
I'm getting really frustrated with vlookup. I'm looking at a document that uses it a lot and I'm trying to figure out where it's getting these numbers. Can someone explain how vlookup works?
Z
It depends.........VLOOKUPS can get pretty hairy........the basic version is:
=VLOOKUP(the cell contents you want to look up, the range of cells that
makes up your table, the number of columns you want to step to the right to
find the value, whether you want an exact match or not)
If that don't do it for you, post back one of your troublesome formulas and
someone will help further..........
