I have created a pivot table to extract iformation from a data base. I have
now added to the data base therfore I need to expand the renge for the table
to read from.
Is there a way of doing this without having to set up the Pivot table again.
Thank you

Hi
you can give a name to your data base. [ block the data base, ALT-I, NAME,
GIVE A NAME ]. Then go to pivot wiz, click back, enter the NAME, click NEXT amp;
FINISH, Refresh data. Then it will work.
TIP: always name the range with one row extra and input new data by
inserting rows before the last row you have defined, thereby it takes care.
