How do i change the font colors in MS Excel Header or Footer?

There's a joke about the old Ford Model T - you can have it in any color you
want, as long as it's black. Apropos here.

You can't change the font colors, but in XL04 and XL03 you can insert a
picture.

So you might be able to fake it by putting a picture of the colored text
you want into the header/footer.
