Need help

drv=quot;Wquot; ' Map drive connection to server
src=Drv amp; quot;:\Work\Adr.xlsquot;
dstn=quot;C:\Work\Adr.xlsquot;
FileCopy src,dstn

Problem is that file on server quot;Adr.xlsquot; is open
When I want to copy file quot;Adr.xlsquot; from server to local computer an error
ocures
File on server is always open

Is there some other command for this action
