What type of pickups would go good in the neck and middle positions in an alder body strat with a hot rails in the bridge. I was thinking about a cool rails in the neck and a vintage rails or a JB jr in the middle. what would be the best setup, i play mostly rock and blues.
I would personally suggest again the JB Jr. in the middle. But I'm a rails fan and I think the Hot/Vintage/Cool combo would be a good one.
