Hey guys, i was hoping you could help me out with quot;Slash chordsquot;. I'd like to know what shape the following Slash chords would take and if poss why/how do you make them.
C/E amp; F/A amp; Bb/F
Thanks alot,
Chace
Slash chords sound better after drinkin' a fifth of Jack.Seriously, the quot;shapequot; of the slash voicing would depend on what inversion (order of notes) the upper structer was in.
and you need the tophat ... and a snake ... and 2 blondes
don't forget a Les Paul!!!

Hmm... Could you give me some examples? Cuz I'm still very lost...
Typically, when ppl talk about Slash Chords, they talk of triads with a particular note in the bass that is NOT IS THE CHORD.
Your examples look more like inversions.
c/e is a 1st inv. c chord.
f/a is a 1st inv. f chord.
f/Bb is a 2nd inv. Bb chord
D/E is a slash chord played by voicing a D maj. triad and throwing an E in the bass.
