Musicians Friend recommends a Boss PSA-120 adapter for it -- but I'm skeptical. Will it work?

Yes, it will work. Or any regulated DC power supply (#8220;wall wart#8221;) ranging from 9 #8211; 12 volts.

Thanks. Just checking because some adapters can be quite fussy.

I use mine with an old Ibanez AC-109. (9v, 200ma). Works great, no problems.
