So I've had this set in my tele for three weeks tomorrow. Iquot;ve done everything but take it to a jam which is where the true qualities will come out I'm sure, but thus far this is what I've got.

5/2 for tele neck-This pup is wound to 7.9K Ohms. Very nice pup, it has the familiar tele twang on the low strings and smoother (yet still all tele) sound on the high strings. The smoothness on the high strings helps keep my ash body's brightness under control until I wind up the tone and get downright spanky.

This pup still has the boxy tele neck pup sound like it or not, just not quite as much, I've thought about taking the cover off and seeing how it sounds, but that is in the future. This pup also is RWRP so in the middle position you get no hum!
Whether you are strumming along or playing some leads this pup will do it. The resonant peak is pretty is to find you feel notes all around it jumping out of the amp with a lot of punch, that was a new experience for me.

A2 Broadcaster bridge-This is a floor shop custom version of the broadcaster bridge pup. It still has the formvar wire and the snap and bit of the broadcaster, but it is smoothed out by A2 magnets. Mine is wound up to a whopping 8.2K ohms. The pup is still twangy when you want it, and can be rich and full with lots of girth when you turn down the tone a bit. This pup is probably very similiar to an un-aged antiquity. The low end isn't as firm due to the A2 magnets, but that is a tradeoff I'm more than willing to make. This pup retains the tele crunchiness that makes it great for grinding out rythyms, or burning up amps with hot leads. The resonant peak is very close to the same place as the 5/2 neck pup.

The middle postion is a good catch all postion. It can do whatever you need, and if you throw on some OD/dist. it sounds nice and thick, yet articulate.
