It is not wiring, cable, or pickups
Preamp tubes?
Power Tubes?

Someone else will know more about this, but I believe one cause of hum in tube amps can be the filter caps. They need replacing every fifteen years or so?

If so, that´s probably xour cause

prolly it could be the grounding.

Probably caused by postin this thread in the wrong forum.
Try the amp room, and don't forget to...

That is a little rude. I am not a nube. I have not been on the site in a while. As soon as the slow dial up loaded enough of the page to show the quot;new threadquot; button I clicked it.

Thanks for all of the help. I will check the tube color etc. Voodoo said to send it back and they will fix it if it is not a tube.

He wasn't saying you're a noob, Noobie's probably know about the amplifier forum... You're just impatient right?

Rock On

I guess a bit impatient. I did not know so I hit new topic as soon as I could. It is a great idea to have the new forum. This board keeps cleaning up and getting better
