I have gotten it setup 3 times while I have had it. I wanted to have some guitar tech do it this time, but I didn't know of any in the area and I don't have money. I got drunk last night and figured that I wanted to try to intonate it. it was really off and sounded really horrible on the higher frets. I also put the new custom shop duncan early yesterday so I wanted my ibanez to sound good, and didnt with the previous intonation, it kinda looked like this:

If I switch the stacked fender SCN in the neck position for a strat sized humbucker? Thats the quack in the #2 position (neck and middle).

Any thoughts as to how it sounds?

Hi, this is my first post in this forum. I have taken some time to read through old posts, but couldn't seem to find this question. I have a gibson SG standard, that is unusually bright for a mahogany guitar. I'm looking for a set of pickups that will really fatten the sound up.
For the bridge I need something that can do a wide range of sounds (slightly overdriven to metal) without getting harsh in the treble range like the stock pickup but at the same time sounding articulate for chords. I have a high gain amp, that I have no problem overdriving the preamp so I don't need high output pickups.

How do you know if you need a fret leveling vs. something more serious like fret replacement? Some of my frets are showing some pretty good wear but I don't know much about it and when I take it in to have it checked, I want to have at least a little knowledge.

I've decided that I need to expand my setup, as far as switching and effects go, so I've decided to grab a G-major and Behringer FCB1010 to control it with.

I got a Strat with a JB jr. in the bridge position. I know that a bridge pickup is hotter than a neck pickup, but would it be possible to put the bridge pickup in the neck position, and a more powerfull fullsize humbucker in the bridge?

Anyone know where i'd be able to obtain a Dean headstock logo decal?

I just found an add for a second hand, black Ibanez RG550 with Dimarzio pickups and hard case for $500 AUD (guitar prices are crazy over here, so that seems a good deal to me).
