Hi, all.
I'm trying to figure out how to display all the contract numbers that relate
to a single part number (see example below) so Product Managers can reference
them easily. The quot;perfect worldquot; situation is where they can clink on a part
number or link and a list of all contracts would be displayed.

You can use the autofilter option (Data -gt; Filter -gt; Autofilter). It will
show a drop down on the part number, and selecting one element will hide all
the lines but the ones that have that number on them.

Thanks, but I'm trying to link the quot;listquot; of contracts to a report that shows
obsolete/slow moving items. The idea is to alert the Product Managers that
these parts have a contract commitment which may need to be terminated or
modified.
The obsolete report looks like this:
