Please take the time to ask a proper question.

You have an incomplete subject and nothing in the body of your post;
in other words you have NO question.

As to the part of the question, you cannot actually insert an image
into a cell. You can float an image over the worksheet, or lock an image to the
borders of a cell, you can place an image into the comment box.

And I have no idea what the ampersand at the end of the subject is supposed
to imply, nor what you want to happen with a click..

Rather than having people guess at what the question is, it would be better
to try to find as much as you can first by searching Google Groups and
Google (web). Then tell what you know, what you have, and what you need.
