How would I use Excel in order to find the best fit function of a cosine
curve. I've searched the forum with no success. Any help would be
appreciated.--

Three as in y=A*COS(Bx) C ?
Or two as in y = A*COS(X) C ?
In Case 2 I would use a linear transformation Y=A*X VC with X=COS(x)
In Case1 I would use Solver
