We recently upgraded Norton and now when I try to open an excel file it
flashes quot;preparing for installationquot; and will not open the file. I can go
through programs, open excel, and then find the data amp; open it. I have tried
to create new shortcuts to the files and they do not work. I could create a
new shortcut to Excel on my desktop that does open it but I then still have
to browse for my files.
