I want to display 1:3 (in a cell) exactly as is and it keeps changing it to
1:03. I have tried all the formatting and can't seem to figure out how to do
it. Any other suggestions or did I miss something? Thanks!!

You can type an apostrophe first then 1:3. The apostrophe is visible in
the formula bar but not in the cell. ie '1:3
