I want to copy some cells with black lines from every cell to a new message
in outlook. The problem is that he doesn't paste the same format in outlook
as it was in excel.
Concerning office 2000 Pro SP3.
What do I have to set to make this possible?

Generally formatting only exists in the package in which it was created,
perhaps you could print that part to Acrobat and send as an attachment
