Hi, I'm trying to format a cell using the time format 0:00. I formatted the
cell first then I enter the number and when I hit enter, it puts 0:00 and in
the bar near the top, it says, 1/4/1903 12:00 00 AM. What's going on?


Enter your hours as 4:00, not as 4 (4 = days, 4:00 = hours)
