No,

But it is very easy to create, go to the custom category under number
tab when u format cells. Create your own format

#,##0;(#,##0) if you just want brackets

#,##0;-(#,##0) if you want a minus outside the brackets

#,##0;(-#,##0) if you want a minus inside the brackets
