When I try to save using quot;Save Asquot; in Excel or attach a file in Outlook, and
try to click to drop-down to select the drive to save to (or find the file to
attach in Outlook), Excel/Outlook locks up and I can close it by using the X
in the upper corner and telling the program to quot;end nowquot;. I report the error
to Microsoft and it comes back that updates are available. I installed all
the required updates, including Service Pack 2 to no avail. Any idea what's
wrong? Office Pro 2003
