I am sorry for this question but I am new to guitar. I bought an Ibanez AEL50SE Acoustic Electric guitar. Here is a link if this helps. from : localhost/I have been practicing on this guitar for about 2 months. I really like it. I was wondering if the action could be adjusted on it and where at? Is it better to do this at the nut or the saddle? My electric plays really well and this acoustic isn't too bad either. I just have a little trouble with some of my barre chords on this acoustic. I know an acoustic is going to be a little harder to play then my electric but after 2 months I thought it would be easier by now.
Thanks for any help.

Generally you should have any guitar set up after you buy it. Factory setups suck. I have an ibanez similar to yours and it plays as easy as my electrics with .12 strings on it. Take it to someone and have them professionally set it. A set up is done at the bridge, nut, and ajusting the neck truss rod at the same time, it's a balancing act. If you do one and not the others it's going to end up worse than when you started.
