Hey guys. I just got a Reverend Slingshot Custom guitar. I really dig it. The only problem I'm having is that the tone doesn't keep enough treble when I turn down the volume. I'm not sure what kind of cap is on the volume pot now, but I know Reverend uses something. The pickups are 3 reverend p-90s which aren't overly hot. I believe the volume pot is 500k. What cap value should I look into to get a little more spank out of the pickups when I turn the volume down? I use a 1000pf cap on the volume pots in my humbucker guitars. Would that work here? Thanks a lot.
