on a Guitar self-made , all maple (body, neck and fingerboard) do works this pu config. Duncan costom (bridge) little 59 (neck) ???
I think that combo could really work! The only concern it's about the highs, may be a alnicoII combo will be more balanced in that type of guitar... I duno. Let's wait for more experieced voices...
