hi,
i'm not so sure about this, but i'm planning on buying these pickups for my godin:
bridge : duncan custom
middle : lil'59
neck : vintage rails
could someone tell which lil'59 should i buy(bridge or neck) so there's no big output difference and if even so there would be one. if so do you have any recommendations for a replacement?
thanks in advance
Between a SC sized bucker, and a full sized there will be a discenible output difference. A bridge model will have a few more winds to compensate for being in the bridge position.

yup. a lil 59 bridge in the middle is a great sound
thanks for the quick reply.
so the bridge lil'59 is the way to go. regarding then the vintage rails, being it a neck SC bucker, would it have a big output difference with the other PU's being both bridge PU's? or maybe should i stick with the custom-lil'59 configuration and choose something else for the neck?
i mainly choose the vintage rails because frank gambale uses it and i really like his tone. maybe there'e other hum cancelling alternative in SC size that could go better along the other PU's, retaining a tone similar to the vintage rails?
you could use a vr in the neck, the bridge version will give you a little more output.
the duckbucker is basically the same pup but will match the look of the lil 59.
if you adjust the pup heights you should be able to get the volumes so there is a slow rise from neck to bridge, each position pushing the amp a little bit harder
