I've been here for a while and never heard anyone discuss this, and it was of intrest to me because i was going to buy a high quality strap. Whats yall's opinion?

This looked intresting to me
exotic wood strap

i like the Levy's line of straps. I personally like their padded leather strap. Feels great but expect to shell out around $50 for it.

I personally like those Fender cloth straps...

I have a Fender Neoprene strap for my bass. It is super soft.

i tried a quot;brooklyn gearquot; brand strap and it was the best i have ever tried..... kinda elasticy with neoprene padding..... but it also cost $50 bucks so i said F that

I use the cheap Dunlop ones, only one has broken so far (the plastic bit that holds the leather tab on) and I had that about 5 years, they only cost about £5-6. They are pretty long too.

I use a variety. On my Sheraton (which is a bit headstock heavy) i use a suede leather one which grabs my clothes to prevent headstock dip. It was expensive by PRS. On the rest it's those Planet Waves ratchet locking types. They rattle and annoy me.

I use either 3quot; leather straps, usually Bull or something similar, or the classic Ernie-Ball nylon straps, the gt;6 foot ones

I used Levy 2quot; wide suede straps on all my guitars. Have for years.

I use the Levy's 3quot; leather straps on my heavy guitars on the liter ones I use the suede straps.

from : localhost/use that. idk it looked cool. the padded part is pretty comfortable but it moves around i shoulda gotten the normal padded leather one. :******:

i use an elastic strap...i bought it from a guy i jammed with a while ago, its not neoprene ..it doesnt stretch unless really pushed on....dunno but its my favorite

are the best imo. Handmade high quality, almost indestructable,no plastic or metal which could mess up the finish and great comfort. But a bit pricey i might add...
