I placed a Warmoth order by phone the other day for a body and neck. I gave the guy my email address, but i'mnot sure if he got it right. My question is should i have recieved a confirmation email about my order? I'm just paranoid that someone else may have got my email.

They'll always email you and often call you too. Better see what's going on.

I have had problems with warmouth

I was just looking through my email program, and I found confirmations for 3 of my Warmoths, but not for the last one I ordered this spring. That seems to jibe with my memory -- I don't remember getting an email confirmation the last time around.

i believe warmoth only sends conformation emails if the order is $1000 or more, however, UPS will send you an email letting you know your warmoth product is on the way when its finished.

^They emailed confirmation for both my $850 order and $35 order. They also called about a couple things in the $850 order. I'm not thrilled with everything they do as far as pricing and options, but their customer service is top notch. My only complaint is that shipping is so slow - it shouldn't take almost two weeks to get me less than a pound of in-stock parts.

thanks for the replies. They did tell me that UPS would email me as soon as my items shipped. This is the first time I have dealt with them. There shipping does seem slow. I was quoted 6 weeks for a showcase neck that is already done.
