Where do you get yours? Is there anywhere to get one for less than $15 $10 minimum shipping? I tried to order one from GC, but it still hasn't come in 3 months later. SHould I just suck it up and order three Superswitches and some other stuff to make the shipping more reasonable per piece?

Dimarzio makes one, I just went to a guitar shop that was a dealer for dimarzios and they ordered one and it came in about a week. It costs, I think $29 tax for it, the shop paid for the shipping.

Actually, I found one in Fender packaging at a local store and am pretty sure it was the quot;Oakquot; brand that StewMac, etc. sell.

Did you try Allparts, Guitar Heaven, Guitar Electronics, Black Rose Customs, etc. and all of them charge $10 shipping?
