Finally got pics of my Warmoth Tele, albeit only the body and neck. Pictures came out absolutely horrible, but hey, it'll suffice until I get a decent camera.
I'm probably taking it in to get assembled tomorrow, and hopefully when she's all done I'll be able to take much better pictures. Enjoy until then!
floyd in a tele? thats crazy
Where's the toggle going?

There won't be one. I have it so that the neck pickup is a Sustainiac Stealth, so it uses two pot holes for push-pull pots, acting as on/off toggles for the sustainer. Then there will be just a straight volume, and probably some sort of EMG EQ system, like the Afterburner or the Preamp Booster.
I know, the control cavity will look like a terrible mess, but it'll have everything I want on it.
AAAAHhhhhhh......
I love the grain on that last pic.....very nice
I'm confused...I thought you said it played great in the other thread?
Also, you said it ran you 2000; 2000 would be if it had a ton of options; I see a pretty basic guitar there.
Otherwise, looks kickass, and can't wait to see it completed.

I probably got too high on excitement there. I pretty much held the neck in a playing position, and the Wizard profile felt great. Sorry for the confusion.
About the $2,000.. It only cost about $1,200, but the other $800 is for shipping, taxes, the sustainer pickup, and plus the awaited cost for assembly. Damn Canadian exchange is reaming me up the ass for just about anything. So, really the guitar was only about $1,400 (that's including the price for the sustainer), so I guess I shouldn't have really said $2,000, just to prevent from some confusion.
Anyways, I'm taking her in tomorrow for assembly, so after that, I'll try and get as many pics as possible.
That's gonna be a pretty cool guitar
Always thought I wouldn't mind getting a S-H Tele sometime...

crazy in a way that looks kick ass!
Love it! Very unique look and I'm sure the tone will be very different as well (nobody will expect a Sustainer in a tele with a floyd!)
nice grain for sure...and a tele with a single coil neck and Hum bridge is on my G.a.s. list for sure...the floyd...eh not really my thing but i'm sure it'll ROCK!!!
that looks sexy.

That tele of yours has my name all over it. I know it’s yours and I can’t have it, but seriously, it has my name all over it. Ever see a guitar and it just simply looks like you should be playing it for some unexplainable reason? That’s what’s going on here. I felt the same way about a bass I saw and ended up buying it, it was a Lakland. I love Warmoth. I built a baritone strat through them.

Warmoth is awesome, the staff there are amazing to deal with. I've actually had the same experience as you. I saw a Gibson LP Junior RI at the local shop, that thing played so beautifully, but the price just wasn't justifyable. I would have bought right then and there if it weren't for the damn inflated price tag.
DAMN that is sweet.....never thought of a floyd in a tele. That may be my answer. I will definately be putting together an warmoth guitar one day. Nice guitar.
That is a sweet looking Tele!
Did someone say Floyd in a Tele?
This ones a Kramer.
Cool guitar. At least nobody will have a guitar just like yours. I think if it were mine, I would use a nickel covered humbucker and a Lace chromedome neck pickup, a chunky C neck, and a Gibson style toggle switch where it is on a LP w/chrome tip.
I can't wait to see it all done. I'm doing a strat project right now, so I'm dying to see mine finished too.
