I have an Olympia by Tacoma OD-3 that is in dire need of a setup. The plastic nut and bridge have faded to yellow sometime from sitting in the case for a year and a half. SO I assume I need a new nut/bridge. The neck is bent in a ( shape (truss rod definetly needs adjusting). How much would I be expecting to pay for new nut/bridge/setup for an acoustic? Would it be worth it to just get a new acoustic for 3-4 hundred?

Depends on the acoustics mojo, if its a special guitar how much would it cost to replace it?
It's not that great, but I prefer it to the Fender acoustics I played today.

The yellowing of the nut and saddle is not relevant to their utilitarian value, unless of course the material is crumbling. You can have a tech adjust the truss rod if you are not familiar with the process as well as inquire about a new saddle made from a better material. Might cost $50 all together. A new nut would double that amount. If the frets need work, then you may reconsider investing in a new guitar.
